We are a group of professional cooks who are retired from the top chain of hotels serving mouth watering dishes. Through this initiative of sharing dishes with our readers, we would love to help each and every individual who loves to cook healthy and delicious food with different ideas and experience that we hold of professional cooking.

Cooking is an art which might seem easy but that is not the case. We have an overall cooking experience of more than 30 years. Reading a recipe and following it practically are two different things. There are numerous real time changes that happen. For instance, usage of utensils, freshness of the vegetables, meat, and fruits we are using for cooking.
Any change, be it time of cooking, utensils, freshness of products, unavailability of toppings or sauces, brand of the cooking items, experience of the cook, etc can be a major differentiating factor which decides why the taste got changed.

We must have observed mutliple restaurants able to maintain their taste 365 days of the year for their most ordered dishes. Customers visiting a restaurant again and again for the same taste of the dish would not prefer any change in the taste of the dish. To maintain such high standards of cooking, we have to ensure that the changing parameters should not become an obstacle in the success of the restaurant.
